WINES

Philip will require no introduction to those with their ears to the Riesling-stained ground. The Finish-Dutch-Belgian winemaker found his home in the Mosel after a 2013 harvest at Clemens Busch convinced him to move from Amsterdam to Pünderich.

Philip has been making wine in the Bullay cellars of Stein since 2016 and he has recently moved to start out on his own with his partner Rosa. These are singular wines with a natural touch: all are unfiltered and have undergone malolactic fermentation resulting in wines of great texture and sapidity. All wines are vegan. Natural but stable for BTG.

I don‘t think there has ever been a more exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to start a winery here. Whether you are looking for old ungrafted vines on terraces or vineyards that can be worked mechanically, it is all here.
